CrossFit® is a strength and conditioning program originally created for police academies, fire fighters and military units. We combine movements that require skill, balance, agility, strength and power, in a group setting to give you an intense workout.
We require you to use your brain as well as your muscles, to learn challenging new movements you never thought possible. CrossFit will teach you how to move your body with proper mechanics, which allows you to enjoy your everyday activities.
The CrossFit program is scalable to every level of athlete. We modify load and intensity, but we do not change programs.
