Finally! Roughriders to play 1st game in new Mosaic Stadium

Saturday’s game starts at 7 p.m.

Get ready to make some history, Riderville.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders will play their first pre-season game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers tonight. It’ll also mark the team’s inaugural contest at the new Mosaic Stadium.

The $278-million, state-of-the-art facility replaces the decades-old stadium that stands just to the east.

The game starts at 7 p.m. CST. According to an online ticket map of the stadium, a few dozen seats were still available as of Friday night.
