Keaton Cote Selected for Junior Skills Challenge

Kindersley local, Keaton Cote, will be heading to Ontario next month to compete in the Future Links Junior Skills Challenge National Event.

Cote was one of the top participants selected by Future Links across Canada in a golf skills competition which offered the opportunity to compete in the Future Links Junior Skills Challenge National Event at the Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville, ON, in conjunction with the RBC Canadian Open.

The Junior Skills Challenge involves players who achieved the highest skills challenge scores from events across Canada and included over 400 participants.

Keaton Cote ranked 5th in Canada for his age division in the competition qualifying him to compete this July.

Cote will compete in four different skills, play 9 holes of golf with some of Golf Canada Junior players and attend clinics held by Team Canada & Bryson Dechambeau.
