Helping families find the perfect home for over 15 years, Royal LePage is excited to see Kindersley through the future.
The active, open-aired office holds over nine licensed agents who are ready and willing to sell every type of land you can think of. These agents sell industrial, commercial, farmland, acreages, ranches, and residential.
“A home is traditionally one of the most expensive holdings a family may take,” Bill Larocque, owner and broker of Royal LePage, commented in a recent interview. “Finding a home that perfectly matches your clients’ need, budget and timeframe is a challenge that is worth taking over and over again.” Larocque added that helping clients first sell and then buy property also has great rewards, as the agent’s hard work and determination can seize great opportunities for their clients.
According to the number of sales awards covering the walls, Larocque is not alone in his commitment to clients. These individual awards acknowledge the agents hard work and dedication, contributing to the growth and success of the Brokerage.
One of the exciting developments is the sale of real estate in Brookhollow Estates, located near Kindersley’s Motherwell Dam. Within walking distance of one of the most picturesque spots in Kindersley, and complete with sidewalks and streetlights, some 40 lots are ready for homeowners of all kinds. There are spaces for two or three bedroom condos for singles, couples or small families. Multi-family lots for duplexes, condos and apartment-style dwellings, and, of course, lots for standard residential dwellings. So far, there are only 4 condos still available for sale in the Clark Drive complex.
Listing and selling property isn’t the only thing Royal LePage does in Kindersley. They have recently added to their office the opportunity to enlist the services of qualified home stager and re-designers. This added feature can help clients sell their homes faster and for better prices. The agents also offer “Comparative Market Analysis” or “Opinion of Values” for potential sellers. For buyers, the agents are able to access any MLS listing in the Kindersley area and in the province of Saskatchewan.
Royal LePage supports many organizations around Kindersley such as the upcoming rodeo, the Kindersley Klippers and other Kindersley Minor Sports teams. Adding to this list of organizations, they have recently joined the Canada-wide Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, a foundation that supports the shelters and support programs for women and children coming from abusive situations. “An agent may donate proceeds from a commission,” Larocque said. “Or as a business, we may raise funds to donate together.”
In the past, Royal LePage has raised funds by holding a massive garage sale, or by selling raffle tickets for a prized playhouse. The Shelter Foundation retains a unique aspect, as the branches across Canada can specify where the donation will benefit. In Kindersley’s case, Royal LePage has chosen the West Central Family Support and Crisis Centre. “With fundraisers like the garage sale, or the playhouse raffle, we have been able to raise roughly $4,000 per event,” noted Larocque. “The Crisis Centre is an incredible resource for our town, and Royal LePage is proud to support it.”
