We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for a 1 year term at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Kindersley, SK. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries and marketing credit products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
Performs bookkeeping, accounts payable, and general clerical duties
Maintain regular and ongoing direct contact with customers in the delivery of high quality crop inputs and/or grain services
Performs other related duties as required
Minimum of one year of work experience in office clerical work
Computer proficient with demonstrated ability in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software
Superior customer service skills; above average attention to detail and knowledge of standard office record-keeping procedures
Knowledge of grain and/or crop inputs products/services and credit programs would be considered an asset
