Sentencing hearing for La Loche, Sask., school shooter continues Wednesday

1st day of hearing revealed shooter’s actions in hours before killings

More details about the La Loche, Sask. shootings that killed four and wounded seven will be heard during the second day of a sentencing hearing at Meadow Lake, on Wednesday.

The hearing, which is being live streamed to La Loche, will determine whether the shooter should be sentenced as an adult.

The first day of the hearing on Tuesday revealed the killer’s actions before the shooting. The court heard he wasn’t drunk or on drugs and had talked about his plans a year before the shooting.
