Bagging their fifth win in a row on Sunday, the Stallions have shown their skills in the realm of men’s baseball.

Over the past few weeks, the Stallions have triumphed in 1 exhibition game, 2 Fertile Valley League games, and 2 Landing Cap League game. One of these games included a game with the Raiders, many players pitched against their own dads. Ironically enough for the Raiders, the Stallions took home the victory flag in that game.

“Five wins in a row is a really good start to the season,” commented team manager, Austin Jamieson. “So we are looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish later on in the year.”

The team has grown by a few members but still hasn’t been out in full force as at least two players haven’t been able to make it out due to work and time constraints. Jamieson noted that the addition of these new players could propel the Stallions forward even more.

The playing schedule will keep the Stallions busy over the next week as Wednesday finds them matched against the Midget Team, and Saturday with Double Header games with the Swift Current Marlins at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
