Kindersley RCMP arrest and charge 43-year-old male

On Saturday, April 25th, 43-year-old Billy Jo Card was arrested by Kindersley RCMP after they received a complaint he was spotted walking downtown, making his way towards Main Street around 8:30 p.m.

When police located Card, who was violating his release conditions which required him to be at his residence 24 hours a day, he attempted to flee but was caught and arrested. He has been charged with three counts of Failing to Comply with a condition of his release order, Resist/Obstruct Police, and Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

On April 23rd, members had been doing a conditions check on Card when a large dog charged them, resulting in the dog being shot.

Card has been remanded to Saskatoon and will be appearing in Saskatoon Provincial Court this morning.
