Consider Adopting or Fostering Bean and Odin
Due to a change in life circumstances, these two sweet cats are looking for a new home. Because of a shortage of foster homes, KAWS is unable to take them in at the moment, so we’re sharing this post in the hopes that someone might be interested in one (or both!) of them.
They have been together for the past 2 years, so in an ideal world, they would be rehomed together. But they would likely be fine being split up too. A good indoor-only home is a must! If anyone is interested, please send us a message! (Also, if anyone happened to be interested in fostering them for KAWS, be sure to let us know!)
Odin is a grey neutered male, he will be 3 years old in October. He is an indoor cat that has never been outside. Odin is a very sweet, quiet mannered boy who has a very quick and athletic playful side. He loves his snuggle time, whether that’s being under your blanket or in your sweater or on the counter watching you cook. Odin loves laying on your lap or making biscuits on your tummy. He has been socialized around other cats and dogs but needs time to warm up to new fur-friends. He hasn’t had much socialization with young kids so he might be a little shy. Odin has a history of urinary crystals, so needs a special urinary tract food (he’s been healthy & no signs of urinary problems since being on the food!)
Bean is a brown spayed female, she just turned 2 years old this July. She is an indoor cat that has never been outside. Bean is a very independent little girl.She’s a bit shy meeting new people, but when she is comfortable with you she has such a funny personality. She loves playing with her toys; carries them everywhere and then hides them. She loves to play fight and act tough. She loves her snuggles. They are brief but then she usually stays within an arm’s length. Bean is socialized with other cats and dogs but it definitely takes time for her to warm up to others. Bean has never been around children. She’s shy so loud noises and fast movements makes her hide. Bean has a fun, sassy, sweet side to her once she gets to know you!
