The Town of Kindersley Is Requesting Bids for Janitorial Services

BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE

The Town of Kindersley is requesting bids for the provision of janitorial services at the following Town facilities:

  • Administration Building – 106 5th Avenue East
  • Kindersley Fire Hall – 111 Railway Avenue West
  • Public Works Building – 411 1st Avenue West
  • Elks Hall – 904 9th Avenue West

The contracts are for a 2 (two) year term commencing August 1st, 2020 and ending July 31st, 2022.

Bidders may bid on more than one facility. Bids must be sealed in an envelope clearly marked “Janitorial Services Tender” with your name or name of business and delivered no later than 4:00 p.m., July 10th, 2020 to the attention of:

Jenna Rissling, Finance Officer, Box 1269, Kindersley,
SK, S0L 1S0 or emailed to jenna.l@kindersley.ca.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that the bid is received at the above location and by the time stipulated. Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive any informality, incompleteness, or error in any bid.
