Kindersley RCMP Remind Seasonal Property Owners To Lockup

As the summer season is behind us and the hunting season is at its halfway point the Kindersley RCMP would like to remind seasonal property owners of the following tips as they wind down for the year:

• Remember to take home all valuables, and if you can’t, lock them in a secure shed or garage.
• Double check that all your windows and doors are locked.
• Safeguard your cabin by periodically checking on the property. Talk to your neighbours in the area and check on each others property while checking yours.
• Consider installing alarms, surveillance or trail cameras on your property.
• Ensure your lights are on timers.
