Beginning September 1st, WestJet passengers may be denied boarding or face a 12-month travel ban for failing to comply with the airline’s face mask policy.
CALGARY — Calgary-based WestJet is introducing new rules that could see passengers who refuse to wear a mask denied boarding or banned from travelling with the airline for a year.
The airline’s zero-tolerance mask policy, which goes into effect Sept. 1, outlines the potential repercussions for those who elect not to wear a mask.
