Join the Royal Purple!

The Saskatchewan Royal Purple is in partnership with the Saskatchewan Brain Injury Association (SBIA). In five years, the Royal Purple has raised $100,000.00 in support of their programs for survivors and families of brain injuries. Kindersley Royal Purple has donated approximately $8900.00 locally and approximately $3500.00 to SBIA in their three years as a lodge.

The Royal Purple is a great way to have fun while raising funds to support our local and area communities especially when kids are in need, whether they need new helmets, healthy snack programs, or equipment for disabilities. They give support to other lodges when putting on functions like sperling curling, golfing, casino bus, Braingo Tango (supper and dance) raffles etc.

Meetings are typically an hour or 1 1/2 every 3rd Tuesday at Brothers restaurant at 6:30 p.m. Later on in the year, they host one large event that is typically a supper and live band dance with a silent auction, looney auction, raffle and a guest speaker who is a survivor of a brain injury. However this year they downsized and did a paint night, which was still just as fun!

Currently, the Royal Purple is looking for fun-loving positive thinking volunteers to join their lodge, and if this sounds like something you may be interested in contact Darlene May via email at ddmay@sasktel.net or give her a call at 3064608947
