Kindersley Senior Klippers VS Hafford
The new look Sr. Klippers took to the ice on Saturday, October 28th against the Hafford Hawks. While some old faces tied up the skates, there was a few new players as well and they seemed to blend in seamlessly!
Goaltender Logan Drackett started the game and played solid as the Seniors out scored the Hawks by a score of 7 – 5. Hafford played strong even though they had played the previous night in Wilkie (which they lost).
A good crowd took in the game and cheered the locals on. All of the players gave their all as Hafford turned on the jets to try and secure their first win . Local fellow Byron Ismond decided to “unretire” and made a significant contribution.
Guaranteed 50/50 was $750.00.
