For the last few weeks of March, the organization is holding:

During this webinar umpires will learn relaxation-attention, emotional and arousal control to deal with nerves or stress. The difference between activation, stress, and anxiety, and how to identify how you want to feel before and during games. In addition, there will be an option to create action plans to use moving forward.

Coaches – Mental Performance: Goal Setting & Mental Toughness, on March 21st, 2021. During this, coaches will be introduced to “effective” goal-setting and will be assisted in assisting athletes (and themselves) in developing mental toughness (resilience).

This session will provide players, coaches and parents with a foundation of knowledge regarding shoulder ‘Anatomy 101’, common injury considerations, key movement/postural factors, and how an ‘inside-out’ approach can promote both shoulder health and performance.
