Strange Dreams Lately? You Aren’t Alone

People’s change in sleep patterns changed when they started snoozing past their usual wake-up time when the morning rituals of going to the gym, hustling the kids off to school or commuting to work vanished, due to the pandemic.
It’s not you. Or, at least, it is not just you.
