On-the-Farm Scrambled Eggs

Creamy scrambled eggs with chives and goat cheese create an earthy flavor that will bring you to the farm. Serve with your favorite toast, and a dash of sriracha.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon half-and-half
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 dashes sriracha sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1
Whisk eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Whisk in goat cheese and chives.

Step 2
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until set, about 5 minutes. Transfer to serving plates; draw a line down each plate with sriracha sauce.
