West Central Abilities is a leader in providing supports and services for adults with differing abilities within Kindersley and area. We are seeking a Technical Assistant – Office Support for our Youth Employment Worker program. We are looking for someone who will compliment our team, is detail oriented and excited about improving and designing our administration systems.
Key responsibilities include:
– Design advanced spreadsheet
– Assist in document set-up, typing and file maintenance.
– Provide technical assistance to office personnel.
Successful candidate will have:
Proficiency in Excel
– Advanced functional applications
– Setup and entries
Practical in Microsoft use
– Document set-up
– Editing files
Information Technology
– Research and apply IT assistance.
Selected candidate will be required to submit a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
Grade 12 Diploma or GED – Grade 12 Equivalency

Successful applicant must meet the requirements of a Youth Employment Worker must be between the ages of 15 and 30.
Technical Assistant – Office Support will be scheduled to work 35 hours per week earning $18.50 /hr. for a total of 8 consecutive weeks, following a brief orientation.
