Lawrence “Larry” Bomersback beloved husband of Linda Bomersback (nee McKnight) of Calgary, AB, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Friday, March 24, 2023, at the age of 79 years.

Larry was born in Biggar, SK, and grew up in Kindersley, SK.  He married his high school sweetheart Linda in 1965, and shortly thereafter moved to Calgary, AB, where he remained.

Larry went to trade school and completed his Sheet Metal Ticket in Saskatoon, SK. A short time later he moved to Calgary, AB, and worked in both residential and commercial positions installing furnaces. In 1980, he moved to the City of Calgary, AB, and worked as an HVAC Heating Inspector, retiring in 2004.

Larry had a love of the outdoors, camping, and spending precious time with family. He enjoyed fishing, boating, water sports, and singing around the campfire sharing songs with the kids. Larry had a passion for music and was known for his singing voice, and his ever-present whistle. Larry loved sports as a youngster and continued enjoying leisure activities such as softball, curling, badminton, and billiards. He spent a considerable amount of time in the garage on woodworking projects which he often gifted to others. He delighted in passing these skills along to his family.
