$1,313 Ticket for Driver Going Twice the Speed Limit
On the morning of May 14th, 2021, just before 8 a.m. Corman Park Police and Saskatchewan Highway Patrol clocked a vehicle going at speeds of 168km/hr.
The vehicle sped past Highway Patrol and was still speeding up to 186km/hr.
Eventually, the driver was pulled over and issued a ticket of $1313.00 along with their vehicle being impounded for seven days for driving twice the speed limit of 90 km/hr.
The reason for driving so fast? The driver stated they were late for work.
