Goose Festival is Almost Here!
Get ready to pluck those geese because Goose Festival is just around the corner it’s shaping up to be another smash hit.
Three food trucks have been confirmed; Big O’s out of Prince Albert with their mini donuts is always a favorite as is Beaver Tails out of Regina. Both will be set up on the Co-op parking lot. The Filipino food truck from Biggar will also be set up beside Prairie Rose.
Darryl Fitterer is bringing back the old cars and trucks for us to admire. Inter-Pipeline is setting up the climbing wall again and the Kin Club is doing their Duck Derby beside the tent on Main Street.
As well, the United Church is selling burgers and pies–which is always a real fan favorite!
And don’t forget the parade that kick starts everything, which will take place on Saturday the 23rd. It starts at 11:00 am at Main Street and Railway Avenue.
