Welcome to the KS Team, Sonya Brown
Sonya Brown originally from Kindersley, now lives in Medicine Hat, Alberta with her husband Drew and her three little ones, one of whom came to them through adoption. She works as a Health Promotion Coordinator supporting wellness policies and initiatives across school divisions in Southeastern Alberta.
When she’s not at the park with her children, drafting up wellness policies, or training at the gym, you can find her with a pen and paper. Or a good book. And a cup of coffee. Sonya is also the founder and creator of Coffee & Grace – a website, podcast, and community that was truly built around reducing the stigma around infertility, supporting women who are experiencing hard journey’s to motherhood and to share in the beautiful (and often messy) parts of motherhood.
She believes in the power of words, unearthing the extraordinary in the ordinary, and encouraging others to follow their passions.
