Absolutely Eyes: Dr. Hagens Covering Both Clinics

For the summer, Dr. Hagens will be on her own servicing BOTH the Oyen and Kindersley clinics.

She will be putting in extra hours to accommodate requests for eye care in these communities, which she is happy to do.

Demand for service is high and therefore we respectfully ask to be notified 24hours in advance if an appointment is no longer required so that it can be given to someone waiting for an opening.

Our no-show/last minute cancellation policy has always been very lenient (as we understand people are busy and everyone should get a free pass for a single oversight) but please note there is a policy in place with fees applied for missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) on the second occurrence! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
