On September 9th, 2021, the Medicine Hat Police Service was alerted by the RCMP that a 2008 Red Grand Prix, with Ontario plate BMMX291, failed to stop for police officers and turned off the Trans Canada Highway into the city of Medicine Hat.
It is believed that one of the occupants of the vehicle is a female youth, Gabriellah Ratsavong, 13 years old, who has been reported missing by the Waterloo Regional Police. Gabriellah is believed to be travelling with an adult male, Matthew Perron, 37 years old.
A possible sighting of the pair travelling on foot in the Crestwood area earlier this morning was reported. It is unknown at this time if Gabriellah and Matthew are still using the above noted vehicle or if they are on foot.
Anyone with information that could assisting in locating either of the individuals or vehicle is asked to contact the MHPS at 403-529-8481. Please do not approach the subjects or the vehicle.
