Compensation May be Possible From MacNeil Motors in Saskatoon
Consumers May Be Eligible to Claim Compensation From MacNeil Motors Saskatoon.
The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) is informing consumers that the bond issued to MacNeil Motors Inc. (DBA MacNeil Motors) has been demanded and paid.
A bond is a licensing requirement for vehicle dealers in Saskatchewan. It is a sum of money that a bonding company agrees to pay if the licensee does not follow specific rules outlined in The Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act.
Consumers who have suffered a financial loss as a result of their vehicle transaction with MacNeil Motors may be eligible to file a claim for compensation.
To determine claim eligibility, consumers should gather supporting documentation and contact the Consumer Protection Division by emailing vehicledealers@gov.sk.ca or calling (306) 787-5550. Claims must be submitted by October 20, 2021.
