Rosetown RCMP Respond to Gas Theft, Fraud, and Erratic Driver Last Week
In addition to the calls below, there were 62 Traffic related charges issued, 1 911 miss dial call and 2 false alarm calls.
November 5th:
At 9:21 a.m. – RCMP received a report of mischief. The matter is still under investigation.
At 2:34 p.m. – RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the subject of complaint.
At 5:07 p.m. – RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Tessier, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
At 6:34 p.m. – RCMP received a report of motor vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries – matter reported for insurance purposes.
At 8:13 p.m. – RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
November 7th:
At 8:09 p.m.– RCMP received a report of a male walking along Highway 7. Members patrolled the area but were unable to locate the male.
At 6:30 p.m. – RCMP received a report of an erratic driver in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and nothing further was required.
November 9th:
At 3:05 p.m. – RCMP received a report of fraud. The matter is still under investigation.
At 3:54 p.m. – RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
November 10th:
At 11:15 a.m.– RCMP received a report of a dog caught in a trap. Members attended and released the dog.
At 3:12 p.m. – RCMP received a report of theft of gas from a Rosetown business. The matter is still under investigation.
At 7:30 p.m. – RCMP received a report of a trailer blocking Highway 7 near Zealandia, SK. Members attended and the subject of complaint was repairing a flat tire and nothing further was required.
