August 18, 2023

11:29 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person near Tessier, SK. Members attended and located a hitchhiker – nothing further was required.
12:00 PM – Rosetown RCMP found an abandoned phone. The owner was located and phone returned.
01:15 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted person at a business in Elrose, SK. The subject of complaint was gone upon member arrival.
01:45 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a stolen bicycle in Rosetown, SK. If anyone locates an abandoned bicycle, please call the Rosetown Detachment at 306-882-5700.
07:20 PM – Rosetown RCMP acted as mediators in a family dispute.

August 19, 2023

11:37 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of theft of solar lights from a yard in Rosetown, SK. If anyone locates solar lights, please call the Rosetown Detachment at 306-882-5700.
04:55 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of theft of an SUV in Rosetown, SK. The vehicle was recovered a short time later.
09:05 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of theft of fuel from a Rosetown business. The subject of complaint was located and the fuel was paid.

August 20, 2023

12:56 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members located the vehicle and gave the driver a warning.
12:59 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of mischief in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
09:11 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a traffic complaint on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

August 21, 2023

03:15 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an altercation with a driver and a Highway flag person on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members located the driver and warned for causing a disturbance with the flag person.
03:58 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the complaint and nothing further was required.

August 22, 2023

03:31 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a Stars lottery fraud matter. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
06:03 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near McGee, SK. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the driver.

August 23, 2023

11:42 AM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person/vehicle in Rosetown, SK. Members were unable to locate any suspicious activity.
12:36 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of theft of fuel from a local business in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
01:44 PM – Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of fraud in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
