Contract for Construction of Roadway Widening Including Concrete and Asphalt Works
Electronic PDF copies of Bids with the subject line “BID – Town of Kindersley – 11th Avenue and Ditson Drive Upgrades” shall be emailed to the Town of Kindersley, kim.v@kindersley.ca, before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on March 8th, 2023, from bidders.
Emails will not be opened before 2:00 p.m. Should an issue occurring opening the bid, bidders will be notified within 1 hour of opening the bids.
There will be no public bid opening. Bid results will be made public upon request The Work generally comprises:
– Full construction of 11th Avenue Widening (Ditson Drive to Walmart Access)
– Ditson Drive and 11th Avenue Walkway Relocation
Electronic Bid Documents will only be available.
Bids should be accompanied by scanned copy of a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the Town of Kindersley. Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.
