RCMP Stop Driver With Homemade License Plate

A Lloydminster RCMP Traffic member stopped a vehicle when he noticed an art project that had gone horribly wrong.

The homemade, hand-drawn license plate was surprisingly a match to the vehicle which was last registered to an estate that had expired in February.

However, the vehicle was uninsured and unregistered. The driver was suspended in Alberta, and both the driver and passenger were not wearing seatbelts.
