Kindersley Chamber of Commerce’s Year End Wrap-Up
Your Kindersley and District Chamber of Commerce has had a very busy 2023 and 2024 is looking even busier! We hosted a very successful golf tournament in August and another one is planned for August next year. The annual Goose Festival was another resounding success as the weather cooperated and there were many events taking place. The town was rockin’ all over! The shopkindersley.ca gift card program continues to be big hit with people as we know that shopping locally has always been an important part of keeping our businesses in business. Our membership has increased as we are doing more than ever. Thank you to EVERYONE for helping support our Chamber.
As for 2024, we have resurrected the Trade Show and that is scheduled for June 12th and 13th at the West Central Event Centre in the Co-op arena. There has been much talk about this as we have not had one since 2019. Also, we have reserved a booth at the Weyburn Oil & Gas Show in June. This will give us a chance to shine as we promote Kindersley and area to a much larger audience. As mentioned, we are hosting another golf tournament in August on the 24th. Best if you can register your team early as spots go fast. The Goose Festival is also happening on September 26, 27, 28, 29. Do you have an idea for an event? Or do you have time to volunteer?
