WCA is proud to say that Carmelita, better known as Lita, is the longest serving employee in our history. For Lita this “for the time being job” turned in to a life-long profession and a successful career. We have seen her develop professionally, build lasting friendships, and make our work environment fun, friendly, and family oriented. She has been a perfect model to her peers, a mentor to her team and an exceptional employee.
