Rosetown RCMP Report for April 1 to 7
April 1 at 10: 05 a.m. Rosetown RCMP received a report of assault. The matter is under investigation. At 3:45 p.m. they received a report of a found wallet. The owner was contacted and the wallet was returned. At 9:05 p.m. RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. At 10: 28 p.m. there was a report of mischief. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
April 3 at 9:05 a.m. Rosetown RCMP received a report of the sudden death of a 71-year-old male from Rosetown, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature. At 2:51 a.m. RCMP received a report of the sudden death of a 87-year-old female from Tessier, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature.
April 6 at 8:23 a.m. Rosetown RCMP received a report of a suspicious female in Rosetown, SK. Members patrolled the area but were not able to locate the female. At 9:01 a.m. RCMP received a report of fraud. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. At 3:53 p.m. RCMP received a report of uttering threats. The matter is still under investigation. At 11:23 p.m. RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check in Harris, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
April 7 at 1:18 p.m. Rosetown RCMP received a report of fraud. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
In addition to the above calls, there were 53 Traffic related charges issued, 4 911 mis-dial calls and 2 false alarm calls.
