What to Expect For the 29th Rodeo
In just six weeks, the WCEC stands will be filling up as the 29th annual rodeo comes to town!
The rodeo committee is pleased to have this event return and have some exciting activities planned.
- Thursday night, the rodeo committee is offering $5 off admission for each person who brings a non-perishable food item. These items will then be donated to our local food bank.
- Friday is family night! This means all children 12 and under get in free when they are accompanied by an adult. Swirl Cafe will be set up as well as glitter tattoos are being offered.
- After Saturday nights rodeo dust off your best dancing shoes and get ready to have a great time because Mitch Larock and the 454 Band will be set up in the Co-op arena to end the rodeo weekend! (Reminder you have to be 19+ to enter the dance).
Volunteers are needed from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. to work the admission at the front doors and apply wristbands to each patron. If this is something you would be interested in, once, twice, or all three nights, please give Karen a call at 306-463-9248.
