Bairos Family Healing Fund

Organizer
Jodina Belanger

The story by my niece, Lincoln’s mom, is below. We are crowdfunding to help them be able to pause life to heal no matter the outcome after this traumatic situation.

On Saturday may 28th at around 2pm I found a bottle of infants Tylenol on the floor that I had just purchased. It was empty. My daughter told me that she was helping and gave it to Lincoln. The whole thing. 24ml. When I timed out how long she must have given it to him, as we had lunch and whatnot, it was almost an hour before. We rushed to the hospital where he was then assessed and his tylenol levels were taken. They were found to be borderline toxic and as it had already been over an hour, the only step left in Tylenol overdose was the NAC protocol. It is N-acetylcysteine, given at a high dose for a brief period, followed by a lower dose for a long period. The lower dose never happened. He instead, got overdosed with what was supposed to save him, which caused him to either go into cardiac arrest, or have a seizure. No one can tell me exactly which ones it was at this point. We were then air ambulances to JPCH saskatoon where we found out that his brain is now very swollen to the point where they are concerned about it swelling more, and causing brain dealth, but also what kind of damage will be present once the swelling does come down. He’s touch and go with all of his other vitals, and currently just started moving, and seemingly responding to touch (we won’t know how much is voluntary till tomorrow afternoon when they assess his brain function).

At this point, our family is here to hold us, and assist us In holding our little man. We need a miracle for our sweet Lincoln. Please Pray to who ever and what ever God you believe in. Please just pray for our son to make it out of this. He’s too small to be this hurt.
