Moose Shot and Left to Waste 7 Miles West of Herschel, SK

On October 12th, 2023, Kindersley Conservation Officers received information regarding a bull moose that had been shot and left to waste, approximately 7 miles West of Herschel, SK. Officers located the moose and determined that it had been shot with a large caliber rifle. Officers believe this occurred between 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 11th and 8:00am Thursday, October 12th.

Evidence was collected at the scene and officers now need your assistance in finding the responsible individual(s).
