Rosetown RCMP Receive Report of Stolen Vehicles, Break and Enter, and Report of Uttering Threats
June 17 at 10:18am – Rosetown RCMP received a report of uttering threats in Elrose, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
June 18 at 5:26pm – Rosetown RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check. Members attended and transported a male to Rosetown Hospital for assessment.
June 19 at 12:10am – Rosetown RCMP acted as mediators in a family dispute in Harris, SK. At 5:45am, RCMP received a report of mischief in Rosetown, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. At 6:16am, they received a report of a stolen vehicle in Rosetown, SK. The vehicle was recovered a short time later. At 9:51am, there was a report of a stolen truck from a residence in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
June 21 at 6:23am– Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a local dealership. 6 vehicles were stolen and 4 have been recovered. At 1:19pm – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 4 near Elrose, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
June 22 at 9:02pm – Rosetown RCMP received a report of an abandoned vehicle near Elrose, SK. Members attended and contacted the registered owner. At 10:22pm, they received a report of a suspicious person in Rosetown, SK. Members located and spoke to the subject of complaint.
There were 23 Traffic related charges issued, 1 911 mis-dial call and 2 false alarm calls.
