Mud Bogging Coming to Cereal Sports Grounds

Mud Boggers unite! In less than a month the roar of those engines of engines will be heard across the Cereal sports grounds!

When: Saturday, August 6th …Gates, Concession & Beer Gardens open at 11am
Where: Cereal Sports Grounds, Cereal AB (Hiway 886 & 1st Avenue West – 2hrs north of MedHat, 1hr east of Hanna, 1.25hrs east of Kindersley)
Time: Mud flies at 12noon
Cost: $10 (12yrs & older)…18yrs+ must have government ID to prove legal age to obtain wristband which is needed to purchase & consume alcohol); 11yrs and under free
Camping: Campground – serviced sites $25/night or unserviced tenting $10/night, but there is limited spaces available. First come first serve only. Sewer dump available for campground users for free, otherwise, $10.
Plus free overflow camping will be available in a designated areas (no services available at these sites).
Pets permitted… but strongly discouraged. All pets must be leashed and supervised at all times, no exceptions (highly discouraged due to intense noise).
Entertainment: DJ’d outdoor dance to follow event.

Please bring cash for the day as the event is cash only (cash machine in community can be hit or miss. Otherwise closest ATM is 28km away in Oyen AB).

Competitor event registration starts on the grounds at 9 a.m. – $75 for four runs (may compete in one class up) following “Chinook Mud Racing Rules”.

The classes running are: stock ,super stock, pro stock, modified, super modified, open and the x class.
