UPDATE: Missing Person – Request For Video Surveillance
The Saskatoon Police Service is continuing the missing persons investigation regarding the disappearance of 48-year-old Dawn Walker and her 7-year-old son Vincent Jansen.
Investigators are currently requesting any video/dash-cam footage that might assist in the investigation. Specifically, any relevant surveillance of the Chief Whitecap Park area between 6:30 p.m., on Friday July 22nd, 2022 and 9:00 a.m., on Saturday July 23rd, 2022. A picture of the red Ford F-150 belonging to Dawn Walker, that was located by RCMP at Chief Whitecap Park, is included for comparison.

Saskatoon Police are continuing their efforts to try and locate a missing mother and son.
48 year old Dawn Walker and her 7 year old (corrected age) son Vincent Jansen were reported missing yesterday evening when friends were not able to contact them.
At approximately 9:00 a.m. July 25, 2022 the red Ford F150 belonging to Dawn Walker was located by the RCMP at Chief Whitecap Park, just south of Saskatoon. Also located at the scene were some personal belongings. In addition, the SPS learned that a person in the area had discovered her purse on Saturday, July 23rd and had turned it in to the RCMP.
Based on this new information the SPS is coordinating efforts to do a search of the South Saskatchewan River. The search will include the Public Safety Unit and the Air Support Unit along with partner agencies.
Members of the public are asked to refrain from visiting Chief Whitecap Park, so that the SPS can conduct its investigation.
