Paint, Clothing, Food Items Found in Recycling
Recently clothing, paint cans, fake Christmas trees, food items, and wood were dumped in the recycling (blue) bins.
The Town of Kindersley shared that there has been multiple instances where recycle loads have been contaminated by garbage that doesn’t belong in them and according to Loraas, it has been getting worse in Kindersley.

Things that you can place in your recycle bin include: cardboard, household aluminum and tin, mixed paper, and plastics with #1-7 recycling symbol. Please do not put food contaminated items in recycling (example: pizza in pizza box).
