Batter Up! Senior AA Baseball Tier 2 Provincials Have Started!

Game on!

 

A blustery, cloudy and windy day greeted both players and umpires as the Senior AA tournament started. 

 

August 5, 6 and 7 are the scheduled days for this classic ball tournament.

 

Game 1 saw the Cabri River Rats best the Standard Hill Lakers in a thrilling match by a score of 11 – 9. 

 

Standard Hill was the home team and didn’t quite get the job done in their half of the 9th inning. Cold bats and a colder wind didn’t help.

 

Game 2 is at 1:00 pm and sees the Kindersley Stallions take on the Battleford Beavers.
