Every year, one in five Canadians will experience a mental health concern. Please join former Canadian Figure Skating Team athlete Amy Willans, now an award-winning metal health advocate, for an evening of hope and inspiration as she shares her story and what she has learned about wellness, stigma, the healing powers of art and the importance of community, resilience and gratitude.
