West Central Junior Golf Championships
The West Central District Junior Golf Championships were held at the Eston Riverside Golf Course on Wednesday, September 21. Student athletes competing came from Beechy School, Biggar Central School 2000, Davidson School, Eston Composite School, Elizabeth Middle School in Kindersley, Kyle Composite School, Outlook High School, Loreburn Central School, Dinsmore Composite School, Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute in Outlook, Rosetown Central High School and St. Gabriel’s School in Biggar.
The District Boys Championship went to Jace Wills of Kyle Composite School while the Girls Championship went to Claire Kosolofski of Elizabeth Middle School. Congratulations also go to Morgan Chabot of Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute and Delialah Drury of Outlook High School who came second and third in the girl’s division and to Cullen Stevenson of Outlook High School and Hudson Mathers of Eston who came in second and third in the boy’s division.
It was a great day for learning and competition!
