It was David against Goliath at the Hanger in Kindersley on Saturday night. The top team versus the bottom team. The Kindersley Jr. Klippers were looking to avenge the 5 to 1 loss in Battleford from the night before. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The Battleford North Stars are # 1 for a reason. The Jrs. played exceptionally well in the 2nd period and had many great chances but either the goalie or the goal post got in the way. The Klippers actually outshot the North Stars by a total of 47 to 43. Final score tonight was again, 5 to 1, with Brock Evans potting the lone Klipper goal.

Next home games are Friday and Saturday, January 13th and 14th against the visiting Flin Flon Bombers. As usual, puck drops at 7:30.
