Rick Miller – Rick and I spoke about entrepreneurship and the possible ups and downs that can occur.  Being your own boss is gratifying but can also cause you some sleepless nights!!  Be ready and do your homework and know that your ideas and hard work will pay off for you.  According to Rick, customer service is # 1.  If you don’t treat your customer right, someone else will!  Customers will always vote with their feet and when they don’t come back, you wonder why.  Always, always do your best to make sure your customer is satisfied.
