UPDATE: CONTESTANT OVERFLOW PARKING

Due to the high numbers of entries and our extreme shortage of parking we have a contingency plan in place for over flow parking!!

The high school has offered to let use their teacher parking lot located directly north of the back side of the rink (this is asphalt) AND the student parking lot on the other side of the school to the north (this is dirt)

The following stipulations apply and MUST be followed as we greatly appreciate them allowing us this space !

NO PARKING until after 5pm on Thursday and Friday

Parking lot must be clear for parking through school hours 8:30-5 (NO PARKING HERE FOR SLACK FRIDAY OR OVERNIGHT THURSDAY)

Must clean up after yourself each night !!!

Absolutely no trailer spillage, debris, mud etc.

NO ANIMALS on school “grounds” east or west

The east side has a ball throw pit, long jump area, track etc , this area is OFF limits. We will provide signage for a warm up area for you and your animals and barricades will be in place !

Travellers coming into Kindersley from the EAST, there’s is a small detour, well marked, but heads up the detour road is rough. Please follow signs and Kindersley Rodeo will try to have signage directing you to the arena from end of detour!

Parking
There has been massive obstacles and a parking shortage this year. The Kindersley Rodeo is working with the town and trying to resolve the issue. However, prepare and be aware, limited parking and watching for no parking signs. Please do not park in areas marked as such or that are barricaded.
Please no emptying trailers and please clean up after yourself. The Kindersley Rodeo will be monitoring parking areas, license plates etc. Fines will be handed out as per CCA Rules and regulations, as needed!

They appreciate your understanding as they try to navigate this!

Please see pictures below to show where you can and cannot park with your trailers. The main WCEC parking lot as well as the pool parking lot and any streets as permitted will be available for spectators coming to watch the rodeo.
