Congratulations on your Retirement, Glenda!
Twenty five and a half years. That’s how long Glenda Giles has been the administrator for the RM #290, and now, she has earned the right to take it easier. It’s amazing how quickly the years can go by. Through good days and bad, Glenda steered the RM through it all. Her calm, professional demeanor earned her the nickname “Little Chihuahua,” although she didn’t know it until today! A fair number of staff have come and gone through the RM in those 25 years, and many of them came back today just to wish her well in her retirement (and enjoy the free lunch with cake). It was an awesome time to see her shine and accept the accolades she truly deserves.
Now is the time you can devote more to horse racing. Well done on your 25 and a half years, Glenda! Enjoy!
