Update: FoodMesh Looking To Give Overripe Produce Away
Update: FoodMesh now has enough families to give overripe produce to. If you have questions or would like to perhaps be kept in mind, please reach out to them.
FoodMesh Kindersley is looking for any families (with livestock) that could put to use the produce they receive that has or is about to expire. They would like to give the produce away at their evening pick ups.
“Since starting FoodMesh here in Kindersley we have been extremely fortunate to have all of our over ripe produce taken by a family for their livestock/compost. Unfortunately this isnt an option for us anymore. We don’t want to start having to throw all of this out in the landfills! We typically have one bag roughly three times a week.
