1000 Books Before Kindergarten Challenge

The Kindersley Early Years Family Resource Centre is excited to participate in the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten challenge!

This free, self-paced reading program encourages literacy in early childhood by tracking how many books you and your child can read before they start kindergarten. To find out more, stop by the centre this week (or anytime) to pick up a free literacy kit with the instructions, tracking sheet, and a book to get you started.

After you’ve read 100 books, go back to the centre to pick up your next tracking sheet and to enter in their monthly reading giveaway!
