Rosetown RCMP Responds to Traffic Complaints, Wellbeing Checks, and Grass Fire
In addition to the calls below, there was 76 Traffic related charges issued, 3 911 misdialed calls and 2 false
alarm calls.
November 8, 2024:
- 9:27 AM: Kyle RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Fiske, SK. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
- 2:02 PM: Rosetown RCMP received a traffic complaint on Highway 4. Members located the vehicle and gave the driver a verbal warning.
- 3:19 PM: Kyle RCMP received a traffic complaint on Highway 4. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
- 4:00 PM: Rosetown RCMP attended a wellbeing check request in Rosetown, SK.
- 7:13 PM: Rosetown RCMP received a suspicious person complaint. Members patrolled the area but found no suspicious activity.
November 9, 2024:
- 2:48 PM: Kyle RCMP received a mischief complaint in Elrose, SK. Members attended and spoke to the complainant; nothing further was required.
- 4:23 PM: Kyle RCMP received a report of a grass fire at a rural location. Members attended; there were no injuries, and the fire was small.
November 10, 2024:
- 12:38 PM: Kyle RCMP attended a wellness check request in Rosetown, SK.
- 9:23 PM: Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle near Zealandia, SK. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the registered owner, who advised they were waiting on a tow truck.
November 11, 2024:
- 6:05 PM: Kyle RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries; the incident was reported for insurance purposes.
- 10:21 PM: Rosetown RCMP attended a wellbeing check request at a rural location.
November 13, 2024:
- 12:00 PM: Rosetown RCMP attended a wellbeing check request in Rosetown, SK.
