Luseland Police Service Sees Uptick In Calls for Break & Enter
Luseland Police Service has been receiving an increase in calls for service regarding the following offences:
-Break and Enter
-Theft (up 350% from October)
-Trespass to Property
While Luseland and our surrounding communities continue to be targeted, we must not leave ourselves or possessions in a vulnerable state.
Please secure and lock all vehicles, homes, businesses, storage sheds, etc.
While we understand that cameras and security systems may not be feasible for everyone, it is highly suggested to have some form of security system in place.
This may come in the form of alarms, cameras, motion activated lighting etc.
This is not only a deterrent but may provide crucial evidence to law enforcement.
I would like to thank all of those who have come forward to report suspicious activity.
